Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellations :
- Refunds for order cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 24 hours. For orders cancelled after dispatch, refund will be processed after RTO is received.
- Non-Deliverable Pincode cancellation: All order cancelled due to unavailability of delivery service will be refunded within 24 hours..
Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
IMPORTANT NOTE : Innerwear Lingerie items such as Babydolls, Bra-panty sets, G-Strings, Panties, Thongs, Stockings, Pasties and Garters are not accepted in return as per standard online shopping terms. This is to ensure proper quality and hygiene standards are maintained for all our products. So please make sure to check the correct size before placing the order. If you need any help our customer support will be happy to help.
