Time to Deliver
The products ordered can be expected to be delivered within 3-5 days in major metro cities and can take anywhere between 10-15 days for other locations, from the date the order is confirmed for unstitched products. An additional 2-3 working days are required if you choose to go for a stitched product.
Delays in Delivery
Delays in Delivery time are subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We will keep you informed on the status of your order including delays if any.
No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
We may also choose to deliver the shipment in parts. In that case, if you choose to cancel your order, we can only cancel the unshipped part of that order. (Not valid for all the cases).
Important information regarding Address:
Any changes in your address need to be informed to us within 24 hours of placing the order. You cannot make any alterations to your address 24 hours past your order placement/after the parcel is shipped.
If you want to ship multiple products to different addresses, we request you to please place different orders for each delivery address.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will bear the cost of any such penalties/fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Please make sure there is somebody available to collect the package when the delivery is made as in some countries parcels will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package. Our courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills. The shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment. Note both the addresses can be the same or different depending on the customer’s choice.
We make an earnest effort to make sure that merchandise listed on our website is available in stock and that the prices shown are correct. In an unlikely event when we’re not able to send your order or replacement, due to the unavailability of the product in our warehouse, we will inform you within a maximum of 5 working days from the order placed date.
We will be able to accept order changes or cancellation requests within 24 hours of the placement of order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they are processed.
Lost In transit
We send our parcels fully insured to our customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. We will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer's address by postal / courier agency.
If a shipment happens to lost in transit, we’ll have to wait for 15 days and process the same order. However, if a replacement is not available for the same product you ordered, we will initiate a refund or you can choose any other product.

1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID.
2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
3. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can raise a return request from the Returns Center and Mail with us UNPACKING Video at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After analyzing the reason/reasons for return, if satisfied, Vishnu Weaves will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick up may not be available on selected pin codes). We have two options for processing such returns :-
- Store Credit– We add amount equal to the product value to your ' Vishnu Weaves ' Account . You can use this credit amount during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
- Bank Refund- We refund the amount minus Rs.100/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account.
- We need following bank details - NAME, A/C No., IFSC CODE, ACCOUNT TYPE CURRENT OR SAVING, BANK NAME, BRANCH NAME to process the refund. These details need to be provided by the customer along with the mail for return request.
4. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.
5. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
6. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat.
7. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to: BOPP bags, tags attached on garments (tags should be attached to the product in its original condition, if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any means the return or exchange will not be accepted), boxes or tamperproof bags and all other items received by the customer. Any item/items that have been damaged, soiled, altered or not in its original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
8. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram chat / WhatsApp chat or Phone call.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India on orders below Rs 5,000/-. Please note that COD is not available for custom stitching orders.
10. It usually takes 4-5 working days to dispatch your product. Customized orders can take additional 3-5 working days.
11. Custom stitching orders not eligible for Return

- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
